Head Golf Professional, U.S. Kids Certified Instructor
After a successful career in middle school education, Tim’s golf career commenced as an Assistant Golf Professional at Cherry Blossom Golf Club in Georgetown, KY. Tim left Cherry Blossom in May 2011 to accept a position of Assistant Golf Professional at Deerwood Country Club, where he spent four years at Deerwood under MPGA Professional Jim Lohbauer. During his tenure at Deerwood Tim was elevated to First Assistant Professional while building a successful junior golf program. After a brief stint as Head Golf Professional at Deercreek Country Club, Tim accepted a position of Head Golf Professional at the King & Bear Golf Club at the World Golf Village Resort in May 2016, where he held that position until returning to Deerwood Country Club as Head Golf Professional in July 2017.
When not at Deerwood, Tim enjoys playing golf, running, going to the beach and spending time with Jenny, his wife of 12 years and their son, Owen. Tim also enjoys rooting for his beloved Kentucky Wildcats and Jacksonville Jaguars.

William grew up in Thomasville, Georgia where he spent many afternoons on the golf course with his father. He moved to the Jacksonville area during high school and was on the golf team at First Coast High School. He attended the Professional Golfer’s Career College in Orlando where he obtained his degree in Golf Complex Operations and Management in 2009. After graduating, Will spent several years working at Green Brook Country Club in North Caldwell, NJ. He has been a PGA member since 2012 and is every active in the North Florida Section. Will joined the Deerwood team in December 2016. Before coming to Deerwood, he worked at Marsh Landing Country Club & Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Ponte Vedra, FL. Will spends most of his time on the course but when he is not, he enjoys watching UGA football!
Assistant Golf Professional
Growing up in Chicago, Illinois, Mitchell’s days were mainly
centered on baseball. After moving to Pennsylvania, he played on Great Valley
High School’s golf team his freshman year before moving to North Carolina. His
start in the golf industry came while attending the University of North
Carolina at Wilmington at a golf retail shop, Pro Golf of Wilmington. After
transferring to North Carolina State University and entering the Professional
Golf Management program, Mitchell obtained an internship at the King and Bear
Golf Club at the World Golf Village. Upon completion of the internship, he was
hired on full time and spent just over three and a half years on staff. In his
free time, Mitchell enjoys playing golf, attending sporting events and
concerts, and watching baseball and football.
